Refund policy

We want you and your pet happy with every Coatsy order.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@coatsy.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
